The living organisation
Every member earns Criptos for surveys, consultations, and contributions. Ideas flow in. Rewards flow out. Democracy locked in.
An animated network shows members such as Jean SR-0007 and Tommy SR-0019 connected to SRVDPO at the centre by fine gold threads. White sparks travel from members to the centre as contributions. Gold coins travel outward to members as rewards, and nodes glow as coins arrive. A dashed thread links the centre to a gold diamond labelled VDPM, the national movement. Sparks of shared knowledge travel up that thread from SRVDPO to the VDPM, and gold Criptos travel back down it into the organisation.
What you are watching
Every white spark is a member contributing. A survey answered. A consultation joined. A vote cast. Every gold coin is a Cripto travelling back to that member as a reward. Nothing here is decoration: this is how the organisation actually works. Participation flows in, ownership flows out.
The gold diamond is the VDPM, the national Virtual Disabled People's Movement. SRVDPO shares what its members know with the movement, and Criptos flow back into Sunderland. The local organisation strengthens the national one, and the national one funds the local.
About Criptos
Criptos are the movement's own digital currency. They cannot be bought. Not by members, not by charities, not by corporations. They can only be earned through participation, which is what keeps the organisation in Disabled People's hands. Every Cripto carries a stake in something members own together.
